I’ve worked several years in customer service roles, including 3 years at Ria helping people fix issues with their money transfers, and about 4 years at TELUS in the retention department. Those jobs taught me patience, communication, and how to understand people quickly.
Outside of work, I’m into the gym, music, soccer, and anything that keeps me grounded spiritually. I try to stay balanced, learn fast, and keep things organized wherever I work.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I work mainly in the mornings, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (El Salvador time).

I keep payments simple and clear, agreed on before starting any project.
