I am a Life and Mindset Coach with a strong background in psychology and more than 8 years of professional experience supporting people through challenges. Trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, I bring both practical coaching tools and psychological insight into my sessions.
I specialize in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and life transitions. My approach combines proven CBT techniques, goal-oriented coaching, and empathetic support to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.

Work Terms
Availability: I am available for both short-term and ongoing projects. Sessions can be scheduled Monday–Friday with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.Communication: I respond promptly to all messages on Guru and keep communication clear and transparent. Sessions are conducted via video call, voice call, or text-based chat depending on client preference. Confidentiality: Client privacy is always a top priority. All sessions are 100% confidential. Expectations: I work best with clients who are open, motivated, and ready to take active steps toward positive change.
