Work Terms
Availability & Working Hours:
I'm available 5 hours a day, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). During these hours, I'm actively working on projects and quickly reachable via Guru messages. Outside these hours, I may respond with slight delays but will always follow up promptly.
Communication:
I maintain clear and prompt communication throughout the project. For ongoing work, I provide regular progress updates so you're always informed about where things stand.
Project Process:
Before starting, I take time to understand your business goals, target audience, and expectations to build a strategy that truly fits your needs. A clear plan and timeline will be shared before work begins, ensuring full transparency on deliverables.
Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, milestone-based payments are preferred for smooth progress and mutual trust.
For hourly projects, accurate work hours are logged with detailed task reports.
Full payment is expected upon project completion and delivery approval.
Revisions:
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions to ensure the final output meets your expectations. Additional revisions beyond this or major scope changes will be discussed and may involve extra time/cost.
Confidentiality:
All client information, business data, and account shared with me will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the intended project purpose.
Timeline & Deadlines:
I respect deadlines and aim to deliver on or before the agreed time. If any delay is expected due to unforeseen circumstances, I will communicate proactively in advance.
