Get it right the first time

* I have extensive skills in the use of computers - Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Adobe, Google, Google Sheets, Email, et al.
* As Administration Manager in Distribution companies for more than 6 years, I used, managed & maintained an in-house SQL computer program and trained personnel on how to use it and troubleshoot any related problems.
* As part of my job also as Administration Manager, I used extensively various web platforms for disbursement of payroll, warehousing of post-dated checks & digital check writing. I also used various Philippine government web platforms to update company & company personnel profiles & to pay monthly government mandatory contributions.
* Also as Administration Manager, I carried out some light HR tasks like recruitment/screening/interview/selection of job applicants, preparation of Job Appointment Letters, and performance evaluation. I also carried out light bookkeeping tasks like maintaining and updating Purchases/Sales Journals and preparation of Expenses/Payroll/Purchases monthly reports.
* I have a broad knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 17025 as I used to be a Quality and Laboratory Management Consultant, Lecturer, and Trainor.
* I have a degree in B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a postgraduate Diploma in Analytical Science.
* I have considerable knowledge of the use of the English language. I can write various business and technical documents such as memos, SOPs, guidelines, letters & email correspondence.
* I am passionate about learning new skills. I self-learned through video tutorials the use of Canva, Trello, Asana, & WordPress and I am employing these skills for personal use. I am in the process of learning more skills through Udemy: Web Development, Excel VBA, Adobe Photoshop, & Basic French.
* Having the right work experience, the right work attitude and the right skill set have always influenced me to do a job right the first time.

Work Terms

A job paid by the hour, weekly or monthly will be acceptable. 30-40 hours of work a week will be preferrable but it can be negotiable. For less than a week job, I prefer to be paid after the job is completed. However, for jobs lasting more than a week, I prefer to be paid on a weekly basis. Any means of communication with a client is preferred.
