Thur & Fri 5pm-10pm
Sat 10am-2pm
Preferred Communication:
Electronic communication is preferred along with 1-2 pre-scheduled working meetings in a month.
Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on all one-time projects. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the project.
- For multi-month projects, payment is due at the beginning of each 30-day cycle starting with initial one month deposit.
- Refunds are not issued for work that has already been completed.
- Client responsiveness and active participation are essential and will directly impact the timeline and final deliverables.
