Work Terms

Project will start only after final confirmation of requirements.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a new quote or agreement.

3. Timeline & Delivery

Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed before starting.

Timelines may extend if there are delays in feedback, requirement changes, or approvals from the client.

4. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number agreed in the proposal.

Major changes after approval will be considered as new tasks.

5. Payment Terms

Final deliverables will be shared after full payment is released.

6. Confidentiality

The freelancer will not share any project details without written permission.

7. File Formats & Deliverables

8. Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel with written notice.

Payments for completed work must be made before cancellation.

9. Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
