Work Terms
My current Time Zone is Bucharest, Romania* EEST (UTC +3). However, I have a flexible schedule. Like I said, my mission is to help entrepreneurs from all over the world so matching schedules won't be a problem.
Payment Terms:
1. For a short time job I want all payment after I deliver you the result, of course.
2. For long time jobs or special ones like social media posting, I find it fair to set a milestone after 1 week for the 1/4 of the budget. This way I get your feedback and see what can be improved for you to be satisfied with the results.
