Work Terms
Working hours and availability
My working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (GMT-4). To ensure smooth communication, I will be available to respond to your messages during these hours.
Payment and communication terms
For fixed-price projects, I prefer to work with a milestone payment system, with an initial 50% deposit before starting. All our communication and file exchange will be securely conducted through the Guru.com 'Work Room'.
My commitment is to respond to your initial messages in less than 24 hours. Once we are in an active project, my focus will be on your work and my response time will be much faster.
To ensure efficiency
With the goal of meeting deadlines and project quality, it is essential to receive all the approved information and materials you wish to include in the work. I would appreciate it if our communication is fluid and your responses are as quick as possible to avoid delays.
My communication can be in my native language (Spanish) or in English, with the help of a translator. I am at your complete disposal to contribute ideas and create high-quality results, as your final work is also my best letter of introduction.
