I once worked as a business development intern at a company that provides various services to support the formal education system and expand access to high-quality educational content in remote areas of Indonesia through mobile technology. As a Business Development Intern, I was responsible for:
1. executing the market research for the business monthly report & to get new customer insights;
2. executing the digital product research and development (coordinated with UI/UX designer & development operations engineer);
3. coordinating with UX Consultant for improvement at 'path to purchase' and product engagement;
4. monitoring the freelancers about the app's admin;
5. executing the Persada Project based on the concept of experimental design and arranging the onboarding plans.
I have also worked as a business analyst intern. As a business analyst intern, I was responsible for:
1. executing the data processing and analysis for the useful business monthly report, quarterly report, and annual report, and to get new customer insights;
2. developing the next optimization strategies; and
3. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with cross-functional team members and management.
