I am a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of progressive experience across international humanitarian and private sectors. My expertise includes more than 2 years with UNHCR, where I have served as Senior HR Assistant in Sub-Office Peshawar (E Duty Station), HR Associate in Sub-Office Quetta (E Duty Station), and currently as HR Associate in the Country Office Islamabad.
Previously, I worked nearly six years as Head of HR/Country HR Manager with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and later as HR Manager at Etimaad International Pvt. Ltd. Throughout my career, I have led and supported HR teams in delivering comprehensive human resource services, including recruitment and onboarding, contract management, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, learning and development, performance management, and staff well-being initiatives.
