Work Terms

💼 Work Terms – Full-Time Digital Marketing Services
1. Availability:
I am available full-time (40+ hours/week) for your digital marketing needs. I offer consistent support and daily updates to ensure alignment with your goals.

2. Communication:
I respond promptly via Guru messages, email, or your preferred communication platform (e.g., Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp). I am flexible with time zones and can adjust to your working hours if needed.

3. Services Offered:
I provide a full range of digital marketing services, including:

Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Google Ads & PPC Campaigns

SEO (On-page & Off-page)

Email Marketing

Content Creation & Strategy

Analytics & Reporting

4. Payment Terms:

For ongoing/full-time work: Weekly or monthly payments preferred through Guru’s SafePay system.

Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront (or full SafePay funding), with milestones if applicable.

5. Revisions & Feedback:
Client satisfaction is my top priority. I provide unlimited reasonable revisions during the active project phase until you’re fully satisfied with the results.

6. Reporting & Results:
You will receive regular performance reports (weekly or bi-weekly), including insights, KPIs, and actionable suggestions to grow your online presence.

7. Confidentiality:
I respect the privacy of all client data. I am open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

8. Work Ownership:
All strategies, content, and results developed during the project are your property upon full payment.

9. Contract Termination:
Either party may end the project with a 7-day notice. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
