Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday.
25% advance payment is required to begin work. 50% is due upon Draft 2 approval before final production starts. Remaining 25% is collected before final file delivery.
Once the advance is received, Draft 1 begins delivering 3 to 4 concept samples for client review and selection. After selection and 50% payment, Draft 2 develops the chosen concept into a complete polished version. Upon final payment all project files and formats are handed over in full.
All communication, project briefs, feedback and revision requests must be submitted through Guru messaging only. Response time is within 24 hours on working days.
Revisions are allowed within each draft stage only. Full ownership of delivered files transfers to the client after complete payment is cleared. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Brandier Studio reserves the right to feature completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
