Work Terms
AVAILABILITY & COMMUNICATION
• Working Hours: Flexible availability, primary operating hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC/GMT). Available for urgent operational or deployment needs outside regular hours by agreement.
• Communication: Preferred communication WhatsApp. I am always open to scheduled voice/video calls for project sync-ups, architecture planning, and milestones.
• Updates: I provide regular, transparent progress reports and clear project updates (via Git commits, task boards, or written summaries as requested).
PAYMENT & PROJECT TERMS
• Project Types: Open to both Fixed-Price projects (with clearly defined milestones) and Hourly contracts.
• Milestones: For fixed-price contracts, I prefer breaking the project down into transparent, measurable milestones. Payments are expected upon the successful delivery and verification of each milestone.
• Code & Deployment: All deliverables include clean, well-documented source code, necessary CI/CD configurations, and deployment guidelines.
