Brand Identity & Graphic Designer | Logo and Visual Identity Design
I’m Andreia Maxi, a Brand and Graphic Designer based in Portugal, specialising in brand identity, visual identity, logo design and packaging.
With a background in Sound and Image from ESAD.CR and professional training in Graphic Design, I bring a concept-driven approach to every project. I combine strategic thinking, visual storytelling and thoughtful design to translate ideas and brand values into distinctive, cohesive and meaningful visual identities.
My work covers brand strategy, logo design, typography, colour systems, iconography, editorial design, packaging, print materials, digital applications and brand guidelines. I work primarily with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, ensuring that every identity is both visually compelling and practical across print and digital touchpoints.
I value clear communication, attention to detail and a collaborative creative process. From initial research and concept development to refinement and final delivery, I approach each project with care and purpose, creating original design solutions tailored to each brand’s identity, audience and goals.
Work Terms
I am available for both fixed-price and hourly projects, depending on the scope and requirements.
Each project begins with a clear brief covering the objectives, audience, deliverables, timeline and visual direction. Once the scope is agreed upon, I will provide a project estimate and delivery schedule.
My standard process includes research, concept development, presentation, refinement and final file preparation. The number of concepts and revision rounds will be defined before the project begins. Additional revisions or deliverables outside the agreed scope may require an updated estimate.
Regular progress updates will be provided throughout the project. Messages are typically answered within one business day.
Payments and project communication will be managed through Guru WorkRoom and SafePay. For fixed-price projects, milestones may be established according to the different stages of the work.
Final files are delivered in the formats agreed upon for print and digital use. Editable source files are included when specified in the project agreement.
