I have an excellent working experience in customer service through voice, chat, and email platforms. My previous tasks included handling billing concerns and disputes, providing payment plans and options for debt collections, technical troubleshooting, and setting up technician appointments.

I have also worked for a press release distribution conducting lead generation and data entry, database management, and sending newsletters in a timely manner.

As required, I can work in a fast-paced and a high-pressure environment. Over the years, I have accustomed myself to work effectively and efficiently in hectic situations. I am proficient in MS Office applications and can learn various software and working platforms quickly.
