Hi, I’m Angeli Mae Pacolor, a details-oriented and dependable administrative professional with over 7 years of experience in operations, logistics, and team support in a BPO setting. I’ve worked with global teams, streamlined workflows, and coordinated tasks, but more importantly, I’ve learned how to make people’s lives a little easier by keeping things organized, clear, and on track.
My career started in the corporate world, where I learned the importance of structure, process, and precision. I rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a Lead Associate, supporting shipping operations and communicating with onshore teams daily. That role sharpened my ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
Now, as I expand into a virtual assistance, I support entrepreneurs and business owners with calendar management, inbox organization, task tracking, and more. I maybe new to a VA world, but I bring the same professionalism and initiative I’ve applied throughout my career.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom to a curious and energetic 3 year old boy, who inspires me daily to be resilient and present. Being a working mom has taught me that time is precious, and that’s exactly what I help my clients protect their time, focus, and energy.
When I’m not working, I enjoy watching inspiring movies, organizing spaces (yes, I do it for fun!), and spending quiet time with my family. I believe in lifelong learning, quiet confidence, and doing good work every single time.

Work Terms
Hours of Operations:
•I am available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Saturday, from 10:00 am onwards (open to flexible hours or weekend work depending on project needs and deadlines.
Payment Terms:
•Hourly rate: $6-$8/hour
•Minimum Project Budget:$60
•Acceptable Payment Methods: Wise, Paypal
•Invoicing done weekly or bi-weekly, depending on agreement
Preferred Communication Style:
•Clear, timely, and professional communication
•Tools I’m comfortable with: Gmail, Whatsapp, Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram, and MS Teams
•I provide regular updates and status reports as needed
•Response time: within 24 hours on weekdays
Turnaround Time (TAT):
•Fast and accurate delivery based in task scope
•Urgent tasks accepted if schedule permits
