Performance‑oriented learning designer and trainer with 10+ years’ experience delivering
engaging, accessible learning. I convert complex requirements into clear, learner‑centred
experiences (asynchronous, blended, and VILT), and collaborate with and mentor SMEs to
design high‑quality content. Comfortable leading end‑to‑end builds or slotting into in‑flight
projects to add capacity, pace, and polish.
Work Terms
Availability is dependent on the requirements of existing clients. I currently have 3 days a week available for new clients.
Payment terms: 30-days from date invoiced. Happy to invoice either monthly based on hours worked or per milestone. For very short projects (2-4 weeks), a deposit is required with final payment of remaining amount due at the end. I can be paid in USD or GBP. If paying in USD, processing fees will be additional.
