I didn't start out as a digital marketing expert. In fact, when I first joined the Oyo State Health Insurance Agency, I barely knew what digital marketing meant. I was simply attached to the unit, learning on the job, finding my feet. Then one day, my boss resigned. And just like that, I was alone. No handover. No safety net. Just me, a social media account, and a brand that needed to grow. Most people would have panicked. I decided to build. I enrolled in a digital marketing course, studied relentlessly, and started applying everything I learned in real time. The stakes were high, Health Insurance is one of the hardest services to sell digitally. People don't wake up excited to buy health coverage. You have to educate, build trust, and create urgency all at once. But I was determined. I stopped chasing likes and started building systems, sales funnels, CRM pipelines, conversion-focused content, and data-driven campaigns. Slowly, something remarkable happened. Our social media platforms stopped being a notice board and started becoming a revenue engine. Today, the Agency turns over millions of naira every year through the digital channels I built from scratch. That moment, stepping into shoes that felt too big and growing into them, defined everything I do today.

Work Terms

Rate
My hourly rate is $25–$30/hr depending on project scope and complexity. Fixed-price packages are available for defined deliverables, details can be discussed upon project enquiry.

Project Kickoff
All projects begin with a free 15-minute discovery session to understand your goals, challenges, and expectations. Work commences upon agreement of scope and receipt of initial payment.

Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins on all projects
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery
- Milestone-based payments apply for long-term or large-scale projects
- All payments are processed securely through Guru's SafePay system

Revisions
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in every project
- Additional revisions beyond this are billed at my standard hourly rate

Turnaround Time
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days depending on project size
- Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available at an additional 20% fee
- Timelines are confirmed at project kickoff and honoured consistently

Communication
- I respond to all messages within 4–6 hours during business hours (WAT — West Africa Time)
- Weekly progress updates are provided on all ongoing projects
- All communication stays within the Guru platform until a contract is established

Scope Creep
Any work outside the originally agreed scope will be discussed, documented, and billed separately before execution. No surprises, for either of us.

Confidentiality
All client information, business data, and project details are treated with strict confidentiality. I do not share, repurpose, or disclose any client material to third parties.
