Work Terms
1. Project Management
I prioritize clear, asynchronous communication. Regular updates will be provided via project management tools or direct messaging.
All project requirements must be clearly defined before development begins to ensure accurate delivery.
2. Development Standards
I focus on clean, documented, and secure code.
I do not "over-engineer." I provide the most efficient technical path to achieve your business goals.
3. Revision Policy
Project scope includes two rounds of refinements to ensure the final deliverable matches the initial specifications.
Additional features outside the original agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately.
4. Payments & Milestones
I work on a Milestone-based payment structure to ensure transparency and project progress.
Payment is released upon milestone approval. Source code or final assets are delivered upon completion of the final milestone.
5. Ownership & Handover
Upon final payment, full ownership and all intellectual property rights for the developed code are transferred to the client.
I provide a brief walkthrough/documentation for admin-side management upon handover.
