I’m Annielyn Victorio, a passionate educator, communication specialist, and creative freelancer based in the Philippines. My journey began in the ESL classroom, where I discovered the joy of helping learners build confidence through clear, supportive instruction. Since then, I’ve expanded my skills into virtual assistance, medical reception, and branding design—always guided by empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Over the years, I’ve supported U.S.-based clinics with HIPAA-compliant admin tasks, trained new hires in communication and workflow systems, and delivered custom branding materials for small businesses. I thrive in remote environments, manage schedules with precision, and bring a nurturing, solutions-focused approach to every project.

Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring others, designing with Canva, and finding creative ways to make learning and communication more meaningful. Whether I’m teaching, organizing, or designing, I aim to serve with integrity, gratitude, and heart.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+8, Philippine Time). Flexible scheduling for urgent tasks or recurring projects.

Payment Terms: Fixed-price or hourly contracts accepted. Invoices are submitted upon project completion or weekly for ongoing work. Prompt payment within 3–5 business days is appreciated.

Preferred Communication: I communicate clearly and professionally via PeoplePerHour, e-mail, or chat (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack if preferred). I provide regular updates and respond within 12–24 hours.

Tools I Use: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Notion, Zoom, EMR/CRM platforms (HIPAA-compliant), and other client-preferred tools.

Work Style: Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused. I value transparency, timely delivery, and building long-term working relationships.
