Looking for contract work where customer service or administrative experience will be put to good use.

Good Morning! My name is Anton Hooper. I'm looking forward to assisting you with my administrative and customer service skills.

Most of my work experience overall has been specifically geared towards customer service and support. In particular my two most recent positions at Educational Systems Federal Credit Union and Quality Technologies had the main focus of the position as handling inbound customer service and emails. At Educational Systems FCU I was required to answer and properly service between 50-75 calls per day. As most of the people who called were members of the Credit Union who had an issue, I was required to maintain a calm and welcoming demeanor even while dealing with multiple personalities; a task I performed very well. With Quality Technologies I continued to take and receive calls but also was required to answer email inquiries as well. Both of these positions, as well as many others I have worked such as in the State Farm Agency and At Inovalon, required attention to client/customer detail and proper communication skills.

I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. I also have intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint. I had increased my skills in these programs during my time at Graduate School at Strayer University and have worked on utilizing and augmenting these skills in the positions I've held during and since attending school. In addition to these programs most of the positions I've held had specific programs necessary to work there and I have been able to quickly learn and use them.

On a side note, when I'm now working I'm an avid salsa dancer in my spare time. I have become so proficient at it that I even teach it on Sundays.

Work Terms

My salary expectations are negotiable. However if provided with a preference I would like to have at least $15.00 per hour. I can be reached either by phone or by email; although email would be preferable for initial contact. Terms of payment can be discussed during the work negotiation.
