With over 10 years of experience in the Business Process Industry, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional customer service. I began my journey at IBM, where I worked on an airline reservations account, assisting customers with flight bookings and itinerary changes.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities, I joined Convergys and took on a cable and internet account. In addition to technical support, I also handled billing and upselling (earning recognition from my supervisor as one of the positive contributors to the team)

Following my tenure at Convergys, I joined TaskUs, where I handled a ridesharing app account. Within six months, I became an SME or a Subject Matter Expert, responsible for auditing my teammates' cases, providing feedback, and conducting team huddles to discuss process updates. I also stepped up as the person in charge when our supervisor was unavailable.

In 2019, I became part of Sutherland, focusing on a music streaming app. Starting as an Tier 1 advisor, I transitioned to chat support after three months and advanced to become a Tier 2 advisor within a year. I handled a range of cases, including unauthorized charges, refund requests, app troubleshooting, and manager escalations. I also provided support and guidance to my teammates, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team environment.

Outside of work, I like reading novels, particularly mysteries and thrillers. I enjoy watching movies and series on platforms like Netflix and AppleTV. I also play mobile games like Clash Royale and Mobile Legends.
Since the pandemic, I have been spending time with my parents, where we tend to our small backyard garden and take care of our 10 dogs and 2 cats.

Throughout my years in the customer service industry, I have developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I approach every interaction with empathy, maintaining a positive attitude, and always being eager to learn.
