I'm a millennial with a passion for helping people and brands express themselves in the most creative and effective way for their individual and unique project or business!

After graduating from the University of Oregon with a social science degree, I found myself frustrated with the lack of options and fulfillment in the employment market. So, I decided to take some time off to explore, and in the meantime I supported myself by doing freelance copy-editing and transcription for my friends who were, and are, still in graduate schools. What I found was that it made me feel great to help people edit and restructure their papers and dissertations and that I am really good at helping the writer's voice come through the page! During this time I also started doing some ghostwriting for short research articles and creative pieces, which I also very much enjoy and am interested in pursuing more of.

And now, I find myself here! I am hoping to be able to share my skills with a wide variety of clients who can benefit from them, and to gain further experience and expertise in the editing, transcription, and writing fields.

Work Terms

I generally operate on an hourly rate basis ($17/hr), but I am certainly willing to work on projects with a base payment, or other options; payment schedules just have to be worked out prior to my starting work. My schedule is very flexible and I am currently available for all weekdays and Saturdays at any time. I prefer communications via email, but I will also consider instant or text messaging, or phone calls in necessary situations.
