Spreadsheet Rescue, Data Cleanup & Automation — Working Version in 48 Hours

I help businesses turn broken, messy spreadsheets into accurate, reusable systems. My focus is Excel and Google Sheets troubleshooting, data cleanup, dashboards, and lightweight automation using Python, SQL, R, and Power BI.

I work best on problems such as formula errors, duplicate or inconsistent data, fragile manual reporting, and workbooks that no longer match the business process. My approach is practical: preserve the source, diagnose the cause, validate the result, and document what changed.

Clients receive clear communication, milestone-based delivery, and files designed to be maintainable after handoff. For focused spreadsheet rescues, I can usually provide a working first version within 48 hours after the scope and files are confirmed.

Work Terms

Availability: Eastern Time, Monday–Saturday, with written updates through Guru. Small repairs can start once the scope and files are confirmed. Larger projects are divided into milestones.

Payment: Guru SafePay and milestone-based billing. Minimum project budget is $49. The final quote depends on file complexity, required turnaround, and automation scope.

Communication: Asynchronous messages are preferred to keep work fast and documented. I confirm deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance checks before beginning. Files are treated as confidential and retained only as needed for the project. One reasonable revision round is included unless otherwise agreed.
