Michael will discuss your idea and rough price (if a price has not already been agreed upon) over the phone, ideally, or email and he will put together a rough sketch for you to approve. If a price is still being negotiated, he will include a quote for completion including the number of changes included in that price. The rough sketch helps identify and narrow the focus before the “real” work is started on the project. This will speed up the delivery as well as eliminate the need for excessive changes.
Once the rough sketch and price has been approved, half of the payment is required up front and the remaining balance upon completion. If a project is fairly large, multiple payment phases may be required or given as an option.
