Not just what you want, what you actually need
My name is David Rhoderick and I do business under the name Artlytical Media. I've studied programming since high school and have been actively coding since 2004. I entered the freelance market as a video editor/motion graphics creator, especially with a background in audio production and video production for a now closed small broadcasting company called PlumTV. I quickly started programming at the same time and now focus on web development, especially front-end and WordPress, but am a full-stack developer.
I am a big project planner and am detail-oriented. I enjoy learning new techniques so projects that seem a little out of my comfort zone are my favorite. I make an effort to be transparent, understanding, and responsive so I wish the same from my clients. In that spirit, I have a bit of dual life; I live in Serbia but am an American citizen. I moved to the country to be with my fiancee and spend a more than half my time there. Living in Serbia has some advantages; my cost of living is lower, so I can provide slight discounts to my services, and I usually get a start on the day when working for Western hemisphere clients.
