Founding & Vision (Late 2025) Aspire Code AI was born from a vision to simplify complex technology for modern businesses. Founded by Arunachalam M, a final-year B.Tech student and technical architect, the company started as an ambitious project to bridge the gap between academic AI research and real-world industrial applications.
MSME Recognition & Professional Growth (January 2026) By early 2026, the company achieved a major milestone by becoming a recognized Micro Enterprise under MSME India . This registration marked our transition from a development collective to a formal, accountable technology partner. During this period, we established our core departments, led by a dedicated team including a CTO/Head of Product and specialized heads for Marketing and AI Development.

At Aspire Code AI, we operate on a structured, milestone-based framework to ensure professional accountability and project success. Our engagement begins with a clear project roadmap where payments are tied to specific deliverables, typically requiring a 25% upfront deposit to reserve development resources, with the remaining balance settled upon the successful completion of each phase. As an MSME-registered entity, we prioritize transparency and provide structured daily progress reports to keep you informed of every development.
Our commitment to quality includes two to three rounds of revisions to ensure the final product perfectly aligns with your vision. While we maintain strict adherence to the initial project scope, we are always open to discussing feature expansions through separate add-ons. Upon final payment, we transfer full ownership of the source code and intellectual property to you. To ensure a seamless transition, every project includes 15 days of complimentary post-launch support to address any technical queries or deployment adjustments.
