Work Terms

Availability & Timezone:
My working hours are flexible, and I am fully committed to ensuring a significant overlap with US (EST/PST) and European (CET) business hours to facilitate seamless real-time collaboration and meetings.

Daily Updates: Slack or the Guru messaging system for quick check-ins and status updates.
Weekly Meetings: Scheduled video calls via Zoom or Google Meet for more detailed discussions, demos, and strategic planning.
Responsiveness: I am committed to being highly responsive during our agreed-upon working hours.
Payment Terms:

I am open to both fixed-price and hourly projects.
For all projects, I prefer to use Guru's SafePay system to ensure security and transparency for both parties.
For larger fixed-price projects, I typically propose a milestone-based payment schedule that is tied to specific deliverables.
