Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I’m available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–7 PM (GMT). For urgent needs outside these hours, let me know—weekend or late-evening check-ins are possible by request.


Payment Terms

• A 30% deposit is required to start.

• For larger projects, work is split into 2–3 milestones (design, development, revisions). Each milestone is invoiced at 30%–40% and is payable upon approval.

• The final 10%–20% is due once the project is complete, before I hand over files and code.

• All payments are handled securely through Guru SafePay.

• Each milestone includes up to two free revisions. Additional updates are billed at $20/hr.


Communication

• We’ll use Guru messaging for updates, file sharing, and feedback.

• I respond to messages within 4–6 hours on weekdays. Weekend or after-hours messages are answered the next business day.

• You’ll get a brief progress report at the end of each milestone with a demo link or video walkthrough.

Confidentiality & Ownership:
All project details, designs, and code remain private. After final payment, you receive full ownership of everything—no hidden fees or restrictions.

Turnaround & Delivery

• Simple landing page: 3–5 business days.

• Multi-page website: 7–10 business days.

• Complex web app: 10–14 business days, depending on scope.

• Rush projects: If you need faster delivery, let me know. A 15% rush fee applies, subject to availability.
