I’m Madhusudan Vasudev — or just Maddy, as most clients and colleagues call me. With over two decades of experience, I’ve worked with leading digital agencies like 22feet Tribal Worldwide, KRDS, Webenza, and Happy Creatives, where I led strategy, delivery, and cross-functional transformation across industries.
In 2023, I became a founding member of Scrolling Rabbit — tasked with building everything from scratch. No team, no clients, no systems. I set up the delivery engine, defined internal workflows, hired the core team, and helped shape the agency’s identity and operations from the ground up.
Now, through Ask Maddy, I bring that same clarity, speed, and execution-first thinking to founders, CXOs, and growing teams — helping them solve real business problems with structure and direction.
