Work Terms

• Hours of Operation: 24/7/365 availability. We provide round-the-clock coverage tailored entirely to your business’s specific time zones (EST, GMT, CET, etc.).

• Preferred Communication: We utilize flexible communication channels based on client preference, including Guru Workrooms, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and official email.

• Payment & Contracting: Milestones or hourly terms are structured transparently through Guru. We offer scalable monthly retainer models or project-based milestones depending on the team size required.
