Work Terms
Availability: We are available for both short-term and long-term projects, with flexible engagement models (fixed price, hourly, or retainer).
Communication: All communication and updates are provided through Guru WorkRoom, email, or agreed-upon channels to ensure smooth collaboration.
Deliverables: Clear milestones, detailed project scope, and structured timelines are agreed upon at the start of every project. Drafts and revisions are shared at each phase for approval.
Revisions: 2–3 revision rounds are included per project stage. Additional revisions can be accommodated upon request with adjusted fees.
Payment: Payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system. For larger projects, a 30–50% advance or milestone-based payments are required. Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
Ownership: The client receives full rights to the final, approved deliverables upon completion and payment.
Confidentiality: All client information, brand assets, and project details are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
