I’m Athena, a multilingual professional with over four years of experience in customer service and administrative support across international hospitality and travel sectors. Fluent in French, English, Swedish, and several other languages, I specialize in delivering seamless communication and personalized service in multicultural environments.

I’ve worked with companies like TUI and Crystal Ski, supporting guests, coordinating operations, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and suppliers. Known for my adaptability, initiative, and strong organizational skills, I thrive in fast-paced, client-focused settings.

I’m passionate about helping people, solving problems efficiently, and creating positive experiences through clear communication and thoughtful service. Whether you need a guest service agent, a multilingual support expert, or someone to manage operations behind the scenes, I bring dedication and professionalism to every task.

Work Terms

I offer dedicated availability for freelance work up to two times per week during the following windows: – Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday: 16:00–20:00 CET – Tuesday: 08:00–12:00 CET Additional availability may be arranged depending on project needs.

My hourly rate is $20, with a minimum project budget of $50. I require 50% upfront as a deposit before starting any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. All payments are processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system.

I communicate clearly and professionally via Guru messaging or video calls (Zoom, Google Meet). I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours and maintain a respectful, collaborative working relationship with clients.

I value transparency, reliability, and mutual respect. My goal is to deliver high-quality service tailored to each client’s needs while maintaining a balanced and efficient workflow.
