I’m a Salesforce professional who enjoys solving practical problems for real businesses. Over the years, I’ve worked with multiple Salesforce clouds and built automation, workflows, and now Agentforce AI agents that actually help teams get work done faster.

Most of my experience comes from working closely with support, sales, and operations teams understanding how they work day-to-day and then translating that into clean, simple Salesforce solutions. I enjoy the mix of technical work and business thinking, whether it’s building a Flow, designing a customer journey, or shaping an AI agent to handle common tasks.

Along the way, I’ve also developed a strong interest in presales, proposal writing, and creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations. I’ve found that good communication often matters just as much as good technical work, so I try to bring both sides together in every project.
