At Hindustan Unilever I managed a $700 million annual media portfolio across four South Asian markets, building brand systems, trading frameworks and content partnerships for 15+ brands simultaneously.
At Sequoia Capital India I advised 60+ startups on brand strategy and go-to-market at their most critical growth stages.
At Byju's I owned the full marketing P&L for seven years, scaling the brand to 100 million subscribers and delivering significant media savings through disciplined investment frameworks.
I now work as a fractional CMO and senior marketing advisor. I work with a small number of companies at a time on brand strategy, media investment, go-to-market planning and marketing leadership. I am not a generalist. I am specifically useful to founders and senior leaders who need someone who has made large marketing decisions with real money and real consequences.
