Work Terms
- Communication: I will communicate regularly with the client to ensure that the project is progressing according to their expectations and to address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Revisions: I will provide multiple concepts and revisions until the client is satisfied with the final product. (limited)
- Payment: I will require a 30% deposit before starting the project, and the remaining 70% will be due upon completion of the project.
- Ownership and copyright: The client will own the rights to the final design and will have the right to use it for their intended purpose. I retain the right to use the design in my portfolio and for promotional purposes.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time, but any payments made will not be refunded.
- File format: I will provide the final design in multiple file formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, PSD, AI and EPS.
- Non-disclosure: I will keep all information about the project and the client confidential, and will not disclose any information to any third parties without the client's consent.
