Awesome Sauce Business Services was started by two experienced women leaders who wanted to find a way to help businesses access essential business skills and knowledge from anywhere in the world.
Amy Woermke, MBA, BBA, BASc is a thought leader in marketing and has been published for her work in managerial approaches online and in social media by the Association of Business Communication, Administrative Sciences Association of Canada and the Manchester Marketing Academy. Amy has also received the Governor General of Canada Medal for outstanding academic achievement. As side from her work with Awesome Sauce, she moonlights as an instructor at the University of Calgary where she teaches Finance, Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, Business Management and Data Analytics.
Briana Loughlin, BCom is business rock star. Over the course of her career she exceeded expectations in sales, business development, and customer services roles across various industries including fast consumer goods, retail, oil & gas, education and non-for-profit. She has a creative, innovative mindset, and an affinity for new technologies and social media platforms. As side from her work with Awesome Sauce, Briana is the Co-Founder and Board president of Plastic-Free YYC, where she proudly leads a team of passionate volunteers to inspire and create change in the community in order to reduce plastic waste. Through leadership, strategic planning and hard work, the organisation is now the leading voice for waste reduction in Calgary, Canada – rising to the top of Google search rankings in the waste reduction space.

Work Terms
Our Process
Although each project and client warrant different approaches, we still like to have a plan to start – so you know what to expect.
When you choose to work with Awesome Sauce Consulting (and we sincerely hope you do), you can expect things to go a little like this:
Needs Assessment – This is where we learn all about YOU: your history, your challenges, your success, your goals, your favourite sauce (just kidding).
Initial proposal – Based on what you tell us we provide you with a tiered solution proposal. What this means is you can choose your priorities and the best solution that meets your budget.
We get to work – We completely immerse ourselves in your industry and your company/organization specifically. We conduct research (if deemed necessary). During this step, you can expect constant communication. Sometimes, the information we find can change the direction of your project, but we let you decide.
Final deliverable – we provide you with the finished product. How you want it delivered is up to you – report, live presentation, shared cloud drive, you name it! We hand over what you have been expecting, if not more!
Execution – This is an optional step, but one many of our clients choose because many hands make light work. We are happy to help see all projects through to completion. Afterall, we consider ourselves your partner and care about your success as much as you do!
