Work Terms
I am committed to delivering high-quality Shopify storefronts with clear communication. My work terms are as follows:
1. Project Scope: All design layouts and features must be agreed upon before work begins. Additional requests outside the original agreement will require a custom add-on offer.
2. Payment Terms: For fixed-price projects, a 50% deposit (or the first milestone payment) must be funded into escrow before any development begins. The final balance is released upon project completion, prior to the transfer of ownership or delivery of the live Shopify store credentials.
3. Revisions: I provide up to 3 rounds of minor adjustments within 7 days of delivery to ensure the storefront perfectly matches your brand.
4. Platform Security: All communications, milestones, and payments must remain strictly within this platform to ensure safety and transparency for both parties.
