Throughout my career, I managed full-cycle recruitment processes, developed and executed recruitment strategies For a wide range positions&roles both technical and non-technical roles in high-volume and fast-paced corporate environments. I creatively sourced candidates by leveraging multiple sources such as employee referrals, social networking (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, Google by using Boolean operators), alumni, and agencies.
I decided to pursue my career as an Independent Recruiter, in particular focusing on IT, as I enjoy it more. I'm aiming to carry my endeavors in this field (IT) to the International Area.
I have been working for an AI Consultant & Associate Professor for 1,5 years, supporting his project-based recruitment needs such as Back-End Developer, Front-End Developer, and ML Engineer. I also provided support to a company in the Urban Studies and Digital Humanities field for the recruitment needs of Data Scientists and Software Developers.
