I am Beatrice Ajwang Juma, an E-Commerce Virtual
Assistant and Customer Support Specialist based in
Nairobi, Kenya, available to work fully remote.

I bring over one year of hands-on remote experience
at I-Mart, a UAE-based e-commerce retailer, where I
managed 80+ daily customer interactions, optimised
150+ product listings on Shopify and Amazon Seller
Central, and maintained 100% CRM accuracy using
Gorgias and Zendesk.

Before that I spent 7 years at Mars Incorporated,
a global Fortune 500 company, where I built strong
operational discipline, attention to detail, and
cross-functional communication skills.

I am reliable, self-motivated, and consistently
deliver results that exceed client expectations.

Work Terms

Available full-time part-time, Monday to Friday, flexible
across time zones including EAT, GST, and EST.

Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

I communicate professionally via written messages
and video calls. I provide daily progress updates
and weekly performance reports.

Payment terms: Hourly or fixed price per project.
Preferred payment: Guru SafePay.

I am committed to delivering quality work on time,
