Don't ever give up!
Been working in a call center industry for 5yrs. Almost 2yrs for local telco account and 3 years for international telco account. I'v been a tier 2 escalation officer for 11months on my first center. Recent work with VXI, I was handling att account that includes wireless, dtv and uverse. Doing some upsell, bill explaination, payments and disputes. After VXI, I worked homebased for almost 3mos for 3 different campaign. Generating leads was my main task.
