I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
I am an expert in Customer Support as I received calls from customers inquiring about the product we are offering and that is the life insurance. I follow phone etiquette and address the concerns of the customers.
I worked as an admin clerk for a retail and wholesale store before and I was responsible for compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: Copies data and compiles records and reports.
Currently, I'm working in an life insurance company. I attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts, answering customer inquiries, calling the customers for the updates and any related matters regarding with their account.
I also worked as an English Teacher for a year, one of the famous school here in Cebu, and right after that I also worked in a 5 star Hotel, still a famous Hotel here in Cebu, where foreigners always visit the place every year.
