About Me
I’m a detail-oriented Airbnb Co-Host and Virtual Assistant with over 2 years of experience in administrative support and short-term rental operations. I work with busy property owners and entrepreneurs to simplify their day-to-day tasks, enhance guest experiences, and increase operational efficiency.

My career began in administration, where I developed strong skills in calendar management, appointment scheduling, and professional communication. I later expanded into short-term rental support, where I’ve successfully helped manage listings, coordinate check-ins, and provide responsive guest communication across platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

One of the milestones I’m proud of was landing my first co-hosting opportunity after sending nearly 300 pitches—a journey that taught me resilience and the value of staying consistent. Today, I help clients manage their listings, keep guests satisfied, and maintain 5-star standards without being overwhelmed.

I value clear communication, reliability, and a proactive work style. Whether I’m handling virtual assistant tasks or supporting your STR operations, I stay committed to delivering quality service and results.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new tech tools, learning about hospitality trends, and watching interior design content. Every detail matters, both in spaces and in service.

Work Terms

Availability:
I am available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (WAT). I'm also flexible for time-sensitive projects, especially those involving guest support or urgent admin tasks.

Communication:
I maintain clear and professional communication through Guru’s messaging system. I respond promptly—usually within 12 hours—and provide regular updates on active projects to ensure alignment.

Payment Terms:
I work with milestone-based or weekly payment structures, depending on the project scope. All payments are to be made securely via Guru’s SafePay system before work begins, in line with platform policies.

Tools & Workflow:
I’m comfortable working with common productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, and Notion. I can also adapt to any project management tools the client prefers.

Professional Standards:
I follow best practices in data handling and confidentiality. I am committed to delivering reliable, high-quality work while maintaining integrity, professionalism, and respect for every client partnership
