I provide research tactics, insight, and strategy to drive behavior.
I have a PhD in behavioral psychology specializing in learnability and instruction design, and I have intensively studied the processes of habit formation. I am a published author in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and the Journal of Behavioral Education. I have expertise designing and conducting a wide range of behavioral research to better understand what drives behavior - from how to best present information for skill development to what features induce consumer to purchase and use products. I also have experience conducting research and analysis on employee data to drive productivity and performance as well as to enhance employee satisfaction and quality of life. I also have five years of experience teaching undergraduate course work in statistics, industrial / organizational (I/O) psychology, and human performance management.
Work Terms
I am available for work in-person and remotely. I enjoy both hourly / part-time and project-based roles. Variable rates are available for full-day, full-week, and longer-term contracts.
