As a Customer Service Specialist, I’m ready to provide you customer service support whether e-mail handling, chat or phone support. I handled 50-100 calls per day. I am very flexible on changing work hour shifts, for 2 years in the BPO industry I have no attendance issue and have been acknowledged as one of the top performer consultants for several times. Such skills that I obtained that would consider as reliable CSR are: clear communication skills, attentiveness, patience, product knowledge, time management, persuasion skills, willingness to learn, goal-oriented focus, etc. I am experienced in financial services since I worked on a debit card company. I am also able to gain experience as a technical service representative on a company with tv, phone, and internet product before I transferred to work as a financial consultant. I am proficient in Office Applications(MS word, excel, outlook, power point). I know how to do quick data entry as well, as we are used to doing it each and every call that we received. When it comes to customer service I work hard to earn customers trust and satisfaction and always look on the side of “customer first before profit”.
