I represent a group of dedicated call center agents, with "massive" experience regarding outbound calls (cold calls, lead generation, sales etc.) and inbound calls (customer support, admin support, help desk etc.).

For more than 10 years we where representing two clients with high demands (and we still do), so we are trying to establish a long-term relationship with our new clients.

We might be new to UpWork, but we are industry veterans!

This is the first time that we actually grown over our current client's needs, so we are reaching out for new challenges.

We all speak fluent English, with less to no accent, we are all highly motivated to get things done over the phone, and we offer expert level of work, for intermediate rates.

We have our own dialer with NY phone numbers (917), and can work 24/7, so different time zone isn't affecting our work nor productivity at all.

We can make our own script with the relevant information that you would deliver/hand to us, or use your script as well.

All-thought we are capable for generating leads, it would be much better (and cost effective) if you would provide us with your leads, even if they are "cold".
