As an accomplished professional with more than several years of experience in the fields of business administration and Tier II customer support, I am confident that I can assist you in your projects in the most effective and positive way possible.

My strongest administrative skills include excellent organization and communication, advanced correspondence writing, professional etiquette in all forms of communication, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines both collaboratively and independently. My responsiveness is concise, and I carry a positive a team-based attitude in all of my professional endeavors.

Education and qualifications: I have earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, graduating with membership in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. My professional work experience includes over 10 years of highly demanding leadership roles, and in most cases I have successfully met yearly goals and incentives as the youngest member of my peer group.
