Work Terms
HOURS OF OPERATION
• Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST)
• Response Time: Messages answered within 2–4 hours during business hours.
COMMUNICATION
• All project updates, file sharing, and discussions are conducted directly through the Guru platform for security.
PAYMENT & INVOICING
• Fixed-Price Projects: SafePay deposit is required prior to starting work. Funds are released upon completion.
• Hourly Projects: Tracked using Guru’s time tracker or logged as agreed with progress updates.
REVISIONS & TURNAROUND
• Standard Turnaround: Standard tasks are completed within 24–48 hours.
• Revisions: Includes up to 2 complimentary rounds of minor revisions.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
• Please provide clear product photos, inventory details, and target selling platforms upon hire.
