I can do well-defined business cards, business letterheads, occasional invitations, social media headers, and other materials related to graphic design, arts, and crafts. I am keen on details in every artwork I made.
I know how to do administrative works in Microsoft Office, and also I have basic knowledge in using Automated Computer-Aided Design and Sketch-up for the construction industry. I am well versed in contracting suppliers for a particular material for the construction industry. I have the ability to handle projects, project management, and track project progress using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Gantt Charts.
I can handle multiple tasks, with good time management and creative mind decision making.
I can work under pressure with criticism and flexible working hours without sacrificing the quality of my workmanship.

Work Terms
I'm available to work from Monday - Saturday but I can work also Sunday if necessary to hit the target completion of jobs.
Payment terms: for a contracted project is 50% downpayment, 50% progress billing; while part-time/full-time should be on a weekly basis.
Taxes and Bank Charges should be in the Client/Buyers Account.
