Hello! My name is Caroline Njeri. I hold a degree in Geospatial and Geomatics Information Systems, and during my studies, I gained nearly two years of practical experience applying technical knowledge to real-world projects.

After graduation, I worked in customer service with CCI Kenya for Metro by T-Mobile and T-Mobile, where I developed strong skills in client engagement, delivering exceptional service, and using metrics to support business growth. I then transitioned to working as a Personal Virtual Assistant for an international client, handling tasks such as travel planning, project management, customer engagement, and appointment setting. This role strengthened my organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Helping clients isn’t just a job for me it’s a mission. I take on personal and business tasks as if they were my own, turning complex processes into smooth, stress-free operations. I find fulfillment in seeing results come to life and in making someone’s life easier through my support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends, watching movies, going on walks or interactive outings, and also taking time to relax and reflect at home. These hobbies help me stay balanced, creative, and energized in my professional life.

Work Terms

My typical week is quite flexible, which allows me to dedicate consistent time to this role. I can realistically fit in 3–5 hours each day, Monday through Friday, usually during the morning, afternoon and evening (Kenyan time) though I’m also open to adjusting based on your preferred hours.

If my schedule ever changes, I’ll always communicate in advance through Slack or Upwork messages so you’re aware ahead of time. I believe clear, proactive communication is key to maintaining smooth collaboration.

I’m committed to reliability and consistency, so you can count on me to manage my time well and stay responsive throughout the week.
